To Order a Card Please use this form to order a handmade card. You must fill in all the
fields with an asterisk (*).
Help Notes:
Card Type
a] Gallery. Choose this for a card you
have seen and would like me to customise - not forgetting to complete the Card Title box.
b] Quilled. These take longer to make as I make all the elements
myself and require a lead in time of 10 weeks. Remember the Card Title box if you have seen a design you like.
c] Special request. This is the truly unique option. If you have not seen what you
are looking for, pick this and tell me the type of design that interests you.
Verse
A standard verse is "Happy Birthday" or "Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year" depending on the event, of course.
An original composition is one that I have written.
The 'Own Words' option is if you
want to supply me with the verse.
Priority
Ideally I need at least 10 weeks notice to hand make a card. I may be able to accomodate a request
