Lead in times February 2008

Due to present order levels, current lead in time is 10 weeks to ensure there is plenty of time to get your card to you. This is especially relevant for quilled cards as there is a lot of work involved and these cannot be rushed. I may be able to accommodate orders for other styles of cards with 8 weeks notice but you do need to email me first to check the whether this will be possible.

Craft Library

My site used to carry a craft library with information on... crafts. There were other topics available that were a fit with the overall theme of the site so weddings, christening and children were among those covered.

Although not yet integrated into the site the latest version - very much a draft version - is viewable here. Work is on-going to match the site and a link back to the main site is needed

About me :: A bespoke service for unique and personalised cards

In cutting back on some of the pages in my website I have lost some of the statements of my philosophy towards what is essentially my hobby. I am using this as a means to keep this information available to anyone who may be interested...

This is a labour of love not a commercial venture yet it is slowly but surely taking over our home.

I believe a card should say how much you care and a hand crafted card means so much more.

Gone are the days of searching round the shops for that special card. Now, I make cards from extremely good quality card and materials to suit the mood and the occasion. My cards are out of the ordinary and I was so delighted when family and friends asked me to make cards for them. They now rarely buy their 'special' cards from the high street.

And now, I undertake commissions and will be happy to craft for you a unique and quality greetings card for any occasion. Recent requests to put me to the test include a Christmas Card for a couple in France and some Platinum Wedding Anniversary Cards.

New Blog

With the movement of the site to a new server, it seems a good time to reintroduce the blog.

This will feature the news pages rather than a separate section on the website.
