Hello, I'm Yvonne Dawson. My hobby is creating cards with a very personal touch.

With card making being a hobby, it does mean that there will be times when I will have to decline requests. I have
to keep a close eye on my order committments. There is only so much time in a day and if I feel I am becoming over-committed,
card making becomes a chore and defeats the object of wanting a enjoyable way of spending time. It is better all round for me
to say no to an order than to rush it or to risk it not being completed in time for an important event.
Also during school
holidays I want to devote time to our son. I do not feel it is fair to him to expect him to amuse himself while I spend
hours at the craft table. I hope this is understandable and many customers respect my choice over this.
I enjoy the challenge of coming up with new designs making sure you can have a card as individual as you are. However many customers ask me to recreate a card from the gallery, which I am happy to do as well.
Being a lone crafter working at home assures you of my personal attention. I have worked in the customer services industry for more years than I care to admit and although this is not a full time venture, I ensure the cards and service are still professional.
